Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be returned except for a fault in the work.
Classes and digital content
Classes are non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
If you hit a technical problem, write to us — we will fix it or give you equivalent access.
